I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms with two beds were a great value for money, albeit a bit small, but definitely manageable. The hotel staff left me speechless with their friendliness, especially when they realized we were sharing a bed. The location, just a short walk from Nagano Shinkansen station, was convenient and excellent for travelers like me who rely on train transportation. The dining experience, above standard with good rice and variety, was all Japanese, which might not suit everyone's taste. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
